  • Local Representative Services

    Data privacy laws increasingly demand that data controllers and processors without a physical presence in the country, but who handle the personal data of its residents, appoint a local representative. 

    We offer this service across several Caribbean territories. As your in-country representative, we serve as the contact point for all concerns related to your company’s processing of personal data under local law; including maintaining a local copy of your company’s record of processing activity and serving as the contact point for the data privacy regulator and individuals whose data you process.
